I’ve created an empowerment program specifically for mothers living abroad who want to bring more clarity and balance to their emotional lives. As an expat mother, letting go can often feel painful, but transitioning from motherly instinct to intuitive understanding allows you to navigate that pain with grace. In this program, you’ll learn how to cultivate compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance, helping you stay connected to yourself and your loved ones with love, strength, and wisdom—no matter where you are in the world. This is a journey towards greater balance, peace, and emotional resilience in your unique expat life.

Extra info

  • 1. My location

I have lived in Marocco as an expat for 4 years, traveled the world, but am verry happy to live in Eindhoven for many years now.

I work online as well as oflline.

  • 2. My education

In addition to my coaching certification, I am also trained as a creative therapist. I have found that this combination provides a powerful and holistic approach, allowing me to address both the rational and creative aspects of a person. It enables me to reach deeper layers of feelings and thoughts, facilitating more effective and lasting change. This approach creates space for working in a playful and intuitive way, which accelerates the process of personal growth and healing.

  • 3. My expertise

I am an expert in the field of family dynamics and the unique challenges expat women face in this area.

Family is always a part of you, no matter where you are. As an expat woman, you truly begin to realize how deeply that influence runs, both positively and negatively. Distance makes you more aware of the connections, expectations, and patterns that have shaped you. How do you navigate this while being far from home? And especially in your relationship with your children, how does family influence you as a mother? Discover how to find your own path without losing your roots.

As it comes to family we all face the same issues.
