Moving to another country is exciting and adventurous, but it changes everything. You leave your home and with it all your regular habits, which you sometimes didn’t even know you had. In your new country they speak a different language, they have a different culture and different customs. This may let you feel insecure or lonely at some point. Maybe you are homesick or you just don’t know who you are without having your family and friends around you. It is difficult to create a bond with people in your new life, but not impossible. Asking for help can feel weak, but only strong people know that change is a process you do not have to do alone.
